The Golden Keys Piano and Composing Lessons

Learn to play the piano, how to compose, and about music theory. The Golden Keys is part of the Michigan and National Federation of Music Clubs. You will have the opportunity to participate in competitions, play for assisted living/nursing centers, participate in events put on the Michigan Federation of Music Clubs such as the Jr. Composers Contest and The Birmingham Festival. We have a lovely formal recital in June, with awards and refreshments. Many of our students have earned scholarships and won competitions at the state, national and international level. Some students have earned full college tuition scholarships. Mrs. Cheryl is certified. Her Master's thesis proved that music lessons increases intelligence and success. Piano lessons can be fun, too! Mrs. Cheryl is strict about technique but funny and at times ridiculous. We have a variety of contests to keep students motivated. Ages 4 to 104 are welcome. Located conveniently off Vernier, near I-94 in Harper Woods, MI.
