Did not listen to anything I asked for. They just did whatever they felt like doing and when i asked for it to be corrected, they didnt even listen to that. When I finally got the design I wanted, they decided that the 3 ft sign they planned for me was too big to put up and went down to 2 ft. This had nothing to do with my wall space, they could not figure out how to frame it. How can a sign shop not hang a sign as small as 3 ft? The design I was sent contained the same graphic that my competition has used for almost 30 years. I asked that the owner call me and all I got was an email saying that she just didn't want to. All this after they put my project off for almost a month. To sum it up, subpart "artists" (if you call someone an artist who types 6 words and copies a clip art off google images ), terrible customer relations, and they are not capable of finishing a simple sign.
