Provided by YP.comWe fixed the truck and had to replace the transmission cooler which was not part of the original fix of the transmission, and they did not pay for the part we installed even though we didn't charge for the labor. The transmission cooler messed up the transmission we rebuilt again at no cost even though the cause was an external problem. We work very hard to make our customers happy.
