For your own sanity, use another mover! This is a HORRIBLE company to work with and if you get the extreme misfortune of working with SAMANTHA, please ask her how she sleeps at night screwing over a single mom that makes less than $2k/month. She ENSURED us everything (everything!) was included in the quote (hallways, packing, tolls, etc). An additional $1500+ later, a week later than they told us they would deliver and the absolute inability to talk to anyone that had any management experience left us in a terrible bind. This company is a scam and I don't know how they stay in business. They are incredibly difficult to get in touch with when needed and because they contract out their services, they have zero control. They charged us for 30 rolls of tape for a 2-bedroom NYC apartment. Every box was already taped shut and we only used 5 rolls of tape. Save yourself a headache and a wallet squeeze and use a reliable company.

This is the best moving service I have tried. They took great care of my property while loading, transporting and unloading. Paying exceptional close attention to my fragile items.

The price was great and the service that I got was outstanding. I have tried other movers in the past and didn't have the experience that I had with them.

The moving company vwas beyond Friendly, Persistent, and Hardworking. Was only 3200 dollars, everything was more organized then it's ever been, and the service was top notch. Would recommend to everyone. Nothing was stolen, damaged, or wet. Seriously made moving hasslefree. Glad I decided not to be so stubborn and finally pay somebody. They all had good communication skills, a Personable,professional appearance and attitude.

I hired this company for my move from MA to CA. I've lived in 7 different states and this was one of the worst moving experiences I've ever had. Late delivery, destroyed belongings, and unprofessional to deal with. I'll be taking them to court soon.

This moving company I'll be from start to finish they went with me to get the job done they gave me a great quote the sales representative help me to get out move to my new house appreciate guys did know my items or any of my beds were destroyed and I just wanted to think the sales representative and I'll use you guys in the near future thank you guys

We picked up and moved quite a ways! coast to coast relocation really helped us get to where we were going, and I am very pleased with their service. From day one, they were on board with my needs and they accommodated my needs very well. A fast move, with very professional staff is all that I could have asked for. We got from point A to point B without a hitch and all of the property we moved was still in pristine condition!

I used coast to coast relocation to move from Thaxton Va to Little Rock Arkansas. I contacted them on short notice and they went out of their way to help. I was very nervous about using a moving company but after talking to John I decided to use coast to coast relocation and I am glad I did. I had no problems during the move and my items safely arrive and on time. I paid a very fair price for the move and I am very happy with services I received. I highly recommended this company.

Excellent company did exactly what they said they would when they said they would. They easy to contact and the crews doing the moving were all friendly and work hard. Arrived on time, very efficient team. Move went smoothly, no damaged or lost items. Very good value for money and a service in my opinion that was second to none. They are obviously a 5 star rated company. They executed a fast move for us but the rate was fairly reasonable. I booked them a week ago but despite, having their busy time they fixed a schedule for me. It was a long distance move and there are very few movers to whom I could rely on. Coast to coast relocation proved their credibility to my brother. He moved from New York to Maryland and then after being referred by him I hired them to move from Santa Fe (NM) to Nebraska. All I can say is they did an awesome job for us.

My family moved with coast to coast relocation and had a really pleasant and affordable service. The company helped us pack and move our things from Florida to New Jersey in 3 days. The moving was started and finished on time.

They have lots of extra charges for packing your furniture.
The movers called me to confirm delivery and now wanted $400 for a smaller shuttle to bring my stuff into the city. My contract quoted $350. We had to call the customer service rep during the move to get the $50 back.
I noticed every piece of furniture I had moved was broken or damaged. The guys that arrived had no idea how to put some of the furniture back together. Even the moving boxes (I used all new boxes) arrived with lots of damage, rips, and falling apart.
The movers got frustrated that they don't know how to put stuff together and since they have other jobs, they collected their fees and extra charges and ran. They told me I had to contact the company for resolution.
For approximately $1500 worth of damage including the TV I paid them $75 extra to pack, they gave $175 of compensation.

If you’re looking for a company to move your belongings securely from state to state, coast to coast relocation is hands down the best experience I’ve had. They took care of me with great customer service, and my things arrived at my new location without any damage. Would recommend! – Sarah

I have a hard time trusting just any moving company with all my valuables. That’s why I entrusted coast to coast relocation as they were highly referred by one of my closest friends. I do not have a lot of stuffs but the pieces I have are very special to me. I asked the movers to be very careful with them. I have to say, they were very sincere. They were extra careful while maneuvering my furniture through my tiny house not to leave marks anywhere. Everything arrived in good condition and I couldn’t be happier

None of them ever deliver what they promise you. The only time none of these happen was when I hired coast to coast relocation to handle my move. They promised me apt and skilled men and that’s exactly what they sent. The crew was very experienced and knew exactly how to do their job. There were no changes in their quotes once they actually saw our belongings, which happens more than you know. When they delivered everything, I checked the inventory list and none of my boxes went missing. In fact, all my belongings were in the exact condition they were taken out of my house. It really was the easiest and happiest move of my life.

Moving with my family of five in just three days was the most important thing for me, maybe even more important than the price. I can’t be happier to move all of our things in such short time (Michigan to New York) and to be able to move in our new home without worries or stressing out waiting for the delivery. I saw they were the people I could trust. They were so careful with my stuff. I wanted that my things would be intact at the end of the move which really every customer expects! Regarding to the quality, I thought that it would cost a lot, but I was wrong. I mean such a great service and a really reasonable price which was fixed and would not change. I can only compliment this company. They were punctual, honest and right to the point and offered flexible options, which was excellent. We used coast to coast relocation not only because of the reviews we found online but also because they came recommended from a friend.
They're pricing is by far the best I've seen and I shopped around. We had two pick up locations. They were fast and very friendly. Having movers made the move so much easier and stress free. I've recommend them to other friends and they too agree it was worth every penny.
We had 3 people move us. The owner of the company and 2 employees. We were so impressed with the fast and friendly service that we tipped the employees for their great work. They earned it.
