In terms of grocery, Publix has been great. Their pharmacy, however, is a nightmare to deal with. Over the last several months, I've had some minor changes to my prescription dosages (from 25mg to 50mg, from 3x/day to 2x/day, etc) and it seems like Publix has no way to deal with these changes in their system because my prescriptions are repeatedly filled incorrectly. I have spent hours trying to get these issues resolved and the pharmacy techs shrug it off like it's no big deal. The auto-sync system is also quite faulty and doesn't call you half the time to notify you when your prescriptions are ready. If I weren't fully aware of what my dosages should be, these errors could significantly impact my health. As someone who suffers from Crohn's disease and other health issues, it is imperative that my medications are taken as directed by my physician. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy - it's worth the 2 minute drive across the street to CVS instead. 2 stars for the grocery side.

Publix is my favorite grocer overall, but I will drive out of my way to shop at the Harvest location. The staff is friendly and helpful and I never have to wait in line to check out. The building is new and clean and everything is laid out much more logically than other Publix for more efficient shopping.

I am 64 yrs and they make me feel like family,sending money.faxing, cant find and item what ever comes up they are there to help with kind words, smile on there face,giving my g-children books to color.I wont shop any where else,they are a 5 star in my book,keep up the good work.
