I went to Safelite with broken windows on Thursday 7/5 and made an appointment for Tuesday 7/10.

Received a call on 7/9 saying that the passenger window they had wasn't the correct size so they would take Five business days to come in. I was annoyed but whatever it happens.

Called today, 7/13, to check up on the order, only to find out that they have no record of ordering it at all. And that it would take ANOTHER Five business days at the least for it to come in. I'm still waiting for a call to find out why this has happened. If I had not called to check up on the order then they would have never placed it and I'd still be driving around with two broken windows for who knows how long.

I've never been so frustrated before when dealing with Safelite. I cannot recommend this location at all in the future. If you can find another location then do so, and possibly just a completely different company..
