This has to be the most unprofessional business I've ever experienced! I contacted the command center and spoke to a Marissa who has the worst attitude ever! I was trying to get into contact with my daughter to let her know her son was sick! Who is responsible for this emergency contact line that isn't an emergency contact line at all. Marissa has extremely to much time on her hand! She wanted to debate that we lost connection when I called the first time. All I need her to do was get a message to my daughter that her son was sick not go back and forth with her about the last call. Everyone has to answer to someone and i don't know how GDIT operate but it won't stop here! Just ridiculous that you have to go through all of this to get them to notify employees of an emergency!
