Havre Middle School offers learning opportunities to more than 400 students in grades six through eight. Its academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as English, science, social studies, language arts, mathematics, health education and reading. The school also provides programs for computers, art, band, chorus, guitar and Spanish. Havre Middle School encourages parents participation in several activities through its parent advisory committee. The school provides sports opportunities in football, basketball, volleyball, track and field, cross-country, golf and swimming. It offers opportunities to participate in several student organizations, such as National Honor Society and student council. The school has a staff of a counselor and special education teachers. It is a part of Havre Public Schools and is located in Havre, Mont.
