THANKS, SUSAN & WESTERN INN EXPRESS

My daughter was driving by herself, other than her dog, from Chicago to New Orleans and got caught in an ice storm at night. She had seen tens of cars spin off the road and was terrified that she would do the same. I looked on line to find her a place to stay over night. I called several places I thought to be close but they would not take the dog. I finally got Susan at Western Inn Express on the phone. She was warm, friendly, and oh-so helpful. With my husband on one phone to my daughter and me on my cell phone with Susan, she gave us specific details in order to get my daughter safely to the motel. Susan was just was comforting to my daughter as she had been with me. The room was nice, had fine amenities including breakfast, and was a safe haven for my daughter. Thank you Susan and the Western Inn Express.
