Humiliated at this store.

Came in with a custom leather disabled-person's shoe that I needed resoled. First thing I hear is heavy cursing as he walks to the counter, followed by "what do you want?" Showed him the problem with my shoe and he just said "I'm not interested in that". Denied service without reason.

Lived here my whole life and never been treated like this at any Helena establishment. Really gross behavior, Ryan.

I’d had my husband’s boots repaired before by Ryan’s Shoe Repair in Helena without any problems, and with good quality work.

Now, since his daughter is doing the work, this has changed. She is apparently incapable of doing the work correctly, or with any degree of quality. She’d actually cut the heels of my husband’s boots down by more than an inch, just to replace rubber walking part of the heel. She then was also very rude when I complained about her work, and she refused to correct her mistake.

Ryan’s Shoe Repair used to do good quality work. Now, I would not have my dog’s water boots worked on by them for any type of repair.

I would suggest to stay far away from this outfit if you like your shoes or boots.

My husband had to buy a new pair of boots, since she had cut down the heal of his boots to degree that he could no longer wear them without pain in his back.

In the past, my husband and myself had referred friends and customers to Ryan’s Shoe Repair. This turns out to be a mistake we can no longer afford to make.
