These folks will NOT help you if your valuables have been stolen out of your unit. I had my storage unit for two years at the Henderson location. Come to find out after picking up my items and bringing them to Arizona that 1/2 of my valuables are missing and there was a different lock on my unit. Someone was in my unit and stole some of my valuables and miscellaneous household items. I believe strongly it was an employee or the people that managed the site. No one will take responsibility for this. There is NO NUMBER FOR CORPORATE available anywhere online and the stores will not give it out. After leaving numerous messages with different stores, I still have yet to receive a return phone call two days later. Jim and Edna at the Henderson location are ignoring my calls (another store told me they have caller ID) and I do not hope to ever hear from their corporate offices - they told me to file a claim with my insurance company and didn't apologize - not even once. I strongly advise anyone with expensive or valuable items not to use Stor N Lock Self Storage - we've had the best experience with U-Haul Storage. I called the Commerce City Police and I am preparing to file a lawsuit since I have not heard back from anyone regarding this matter.
