So much better than Nevada Pic-A-Part. I had an old 2002 Lincoln LS that wasn't running anymore which was stuck in a parking lot. I decided to get rid of it and get a little money out of it. Tried Nevada Pic-A-Part but let's just say it was a huge mistake. I filled out the form in the B&R Auto Wrecking website at http://www.autowrecking.com/ and Krista sent me an email the next morning and had offered me $300. I accepted the offer and Krista told me that Shari will give me call to schedule a pick up appointment. Received the call from Shari less than couple of hours later and they were able to tow my old car on the same day just about 3 hours from the time I made an appointment with Shari. Between Krista, Shari, and Rafael who towed my car, they were all pleasant to talk to, very polite and professional.

Charged restocking fee for the part that I haven't even been shown!

Although promised a FULL refund no matter what!

Crooks!

Stay away!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff in helping me and the way they handled a Very Difficult customer.
