Rude, Incompetent, Lazy

Their doctors are fine but their nurses and other staff are rude, incompetent, and lazy. There is one in particular who does not return your calls and always messes up with the scheduling and her name is Vanessa.

Rude Unprofessioal Front Office Person

I have been a patient for nearly 3 years. I absolutely love my doctor but, they have a person working here "CJ" that is very rude , immature and breaks all hippa laws. Why is she still there when there have been numerous complaints
