I had an emergency with a tooth ache that wouldn't quit. I got an appointment the same day I called. I was seen right away and the staff was very friendly and helpful. As it turned out the tooth was abscessed and needed a root canal. But first the abscess had to be taken care of. I was given an antibiotic and another appointment was made for the following Monday. The root canal was problematic but was handled with speed and concern. I have been to about 5 dentists in Las Vegas and these people are the best not just the dentists but the whole staff.

I had been going here for years to get my teeth cleaned which the insurance covered 100%. I went back to Warm Springs Dental after breaking a tooth. I was told my insurance would only pay a portion and my portion would be nearly $1000. I was told that it really needed to be fixed as the tooth would decay and have to be pulled. The next day I went to work and my co-workers told me that Warm Springs Dental obviously made a mistake in the billing because the co-pay for this procedure is only $100. I called the billing dept there and was told that they are out of network and it was my responsibility to determine if they were a network provider. Now I I know why he smiled when he told me the price ! This place is all about the money and has no soul !

Very caring staff and doctors. I like the way they are always open. evening hours and many tx options.
