I had the worst experience with this escrow company. They are terribly unprofessional. First off...their office has cheetah and zebra print everywhere, not that it makes a difference but that should have been my first sign. The way both my realtor and I were treated throughout the process was horrible! The fees were $600 above what the average of other escrow companies charge. The only reason I used this company was because the seller demanded it as part of the deal. Also, they charged me for a rekey fee and did not rekey the property and would not refund my money for the rekey fee. They just allocated it to a higher recording fee to themselves. The HUD-1 Statement I signed with the notary was changed after closing to benefit them. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!
