I've never had a bad experience at this place. The staff has always been super friendly and the food has always been excellent. I would definitely recommend trying this place out.

Food and service are both poor at this restaurant. The service is slow and the servers are unknowledgable about the food they serve. Food is just as bad. Poor management.

I called the restaurant at 6:20 pm requesting a reservation for 8 people. I was told that reservations were not taken, however they would gladly put my name on the queue list. Well I did and said that I could come by 7:00 pm.



Walked in at 7:00 pm and there was a big line. went up to the counter and saw that my name was on the list. Saw that names before and after mine were scratched - indicating that these folks were already seated. No pager as they were all given out. Told that it would take 20-30 mins.



Went back in at 7:20 and asked for a pager.



7:45 no sign of being called in. Saw that quite a few people who had come in after me were already seated.



Went to a Mexico restaurant and got seats immediately for 8 people.



Cancelled the reservation at Bertucci's. They did not even care. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
