I personally can't say enough great things about Dr. Cookus and his staff. He operated on my right foot in 2000 and he just did the left one. He is an excellent surgeon! Everything he tells you that he's going to do, how you're going to feel, the time of recovery, etc., etc. is spot on! Anytime anyone tells me they are going to an Orthopedic for any type of foot issues, I'm very quick to refer Dr. Cookus. Because without a doubt, he has IS the 'Dalai Loma' of feet ;)
