Just all around money hungry like most chain auto repair places are. They take advantage of hard working people. They do whatever they can to sell as much as they can, it does not matter how new or how good of condition your vehicle is in, if you go for an oil change or something simple, they will push a whole list of services on you. They charged $600 for alternator replacement + oil change + "inspect' take apart brakes" because of an issue I was having with them. And said I urgently needed another thousand in repairs.

They do not know what they are doing, said that I needed engine work, over $1500.00 took it two other places they said that I only needed new plugs.

Midas did not fix my car; in fact it came to a stop at a busy intersection minutes after leaving their service bay. I was charged $500 for an allegedly faulty alternator, when it was likely just the battery. I spoke to Travis at Midas about this, who was unapologetic about my car dying in the middle of an intersection after selling me this service, and even chuckled while I explained the situation to him. I will never trust Midas with my car ever again, even if its customer service was tolerable.
