Ohlone Elementary School has been operational for more than 25 years and offers academic education to students in kindergarten through grade five. It has a parent-teacher association that sponsors various activities, including staff appreciation luncheon, Spirit Sales, annual fundraiser, book fairs and education assemblies. The school s facilities include more than 30 classrooms, a library, computer lab and multipurpose room. Ohlone Elementary School offers various special programs, including resource specialist, gifted and talented and English language development programs. Its core curriculum includes math, science, social studies, speech, reading, art and physical education. Ohlone Elementary School is a part of the West Contra Costa Unified School District and is located in Hercules, Calif.
