Currently had purchased parts from our local store. Started transaction with our information in system then when it came to checking out they changed screens and lost all information. Customer service person couldn't locate parts, then he tried handing off multiple parts to me without a bag, I had to ask for bag, then he didn't make sure the receipt and warranty was placed in bag. Of course part didn't work and 3 hours after purchase no body remembers anything about this transaction. I would be a little more understanding if we lived in a big city, or even if they were extremely busy. This doesn't apply to our local store and I'm very disappointed in training issues. They had to order another part and we are still waiting for part to arrive to see if this is going to work. Will not be using this store in the near future.
