Michael Cattafesta, D.D.S. is a long time resident of the Washington, D.C. area. He grew up in Rockville, Maryland and attended the University of Virginia. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry in 1989 and served as a Navy Dentist for seven years before returning to this area to build a private practice. Dr. Cattafesta is well-trained in all areas of general dentistry including tooth colored fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, extractions, and cosmetic procedures. He is an Invisalign Preferred Provider and has 12 years of experience providing clear aligners. Patients appreciate his thorough explanations of their treatment and the gentle manner in which it is delivered. Dr. Cattafesta is a member of ADA (American Dental Association) and AGD( Academy of General Dentistry) He, his wife Beth, and sons Gregory and Jonathan live in Northern Virginia. He enjoys tennis, baseball, and traveling.
