I hired Florida Roof Tech recently for my shingle roof. They finish in a week, very fast and good quality. I am satisfied with the work. I recommend this company to everyone.

I called them during three months for a repair and they never came.

The manager never talked to me and the customer service was the worst, we had to repair a new roof with a different company because theynever showed up

I would liked to have had the opportunity to rate their performance, but the customer service representative refused schedule somone to come out to perform an estimate because I could not give her a time when both my wife and I would be home. She kept insisting "thats the way we do it". I explained that I was easily accessable and that my wife is not and reminded her that I was the customer, to which she replied they were not the company for me and hung up.



To the owner: You are very fortunate to have so much business that you can argue with, and "blow off" potential customers.



You have my name, address and contact information. I believe it was Lillian who came on the phone after I was initially put on hold. I called a little after 11 AM, Monday, February 22.

Just had an unbelievably rude customer service experience with this company, I responded to a mail solicitation from Florida Roof-Tech. The person identifying herself as Lillian? Head of customer service was rude and arrogant. When it became apparent that i was not going to jump through their programmed selling hoops she became angry and hostile and told me to call another roofing company! If this is what their customer service is like with a potential customer you can only imagine what doing business with them would be like. Stay away from such a company. You've been warned!

My experience with both the owner and an assiociate working with this company was a short one but I must say i was very dissatisfied. As a veteran in this industry my company has worked with and interacted with many contractors and none heve been quite as rude. Obviously this company and its owners don't value customer appreciation or the way they are portrayed. I suppose the bad stench of poor customer service comes from the very top as the owner appears to be just as bad as his/her ignorant insolent workers. This company is the epitome of bad customer service...And they did loose my patronage and that of our General Contracting clients because of that!

I cant say enough about the professional service of this company. They kept thier word about the work time and I paid exactly what was quoted. I was very happy

I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy, they are just out there to get you. don't fall for the nice salesman act, it is just an act. Very expensive and frankly not very sincere bunch of people. i suggest you look elsewhere, trust me!!!
