Provided by YP.comI purchased an airconditioner from Kingdom Air. The next day I tested the "heat" on the unit, and it did not work. I called the company, told them the problem, and they said they would send out a someone to review the problem. This is the 2nd day,and they did not show up, nor call to let me know they were not coming...and I am still waiting for their call, which they do not return my call of several times asking when are they going to come???? I am soooo sorry I gave this irresponsible company my business and money.
