Attorney Roberto Sanchez is what is known as a chicken hawk. You can catch his infomercials usually at 12 noon. He touts himself as having experience of over 30 years in the procedures of Chapter 7 & 13 bankruptcies. Here is the catch though. The day of the court hearing, Mr. Roberto Sanchez is nowhere to be found. Instead, you get Jose Blanco who is fresh out of law school, disorganized, & shows up late. You will find yourself stuck in a time loop faxing the same documents over & over again as they somehow disappear at their offices. The day of your hearing, be prepared to sign some unknown papers at the last second. You will not have any time to read them due to Jose Blanco arriving late, but hey you can trust them. Right? Well if you don’t mind a lot of aggravation & surprises along with the good ol’ bait & switch, feel free to contact Roberto Sanchez & seek his services. My personal advice is steer very, very far away.
