We have painted over 7000 homes and business so it is likely we have painted in your neighborhood. Over the past twenty years we have worked hard to come up with processes to improve both the quality and the customer experience. We feel that if the client has a great customer experience, they are likely to return again for future painting needs. We work hard to deliver a quality job, but if an issue arises, we are quick to respond and try to get any and all issues resolved to the clients satisfaction. !!!!!!!!!!DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They subcontract out the work without telling you.. A 2 day job will turn into a 2 week job.... They will leave you with an unfinished job and the owner of certa pro will tell you he will make it right, but in the end he will not finish the job. The owner Greg Reininga does not come out to inspect the work of the subcontractors he hires which means he does not value his customers. IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION... DO NOT..... I REPEAT.... DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



I can only hope that my HEADACHE helps deter you from hiring CERTAPRO PAINTERS in HIAWATHA IA.

John, Thank you for hiring CertaPro, I do remember our company completing your job, it is unfortunate that you feel this way about the project, I do not deny that we do hire independent contractors, but our process is different then most, Most of our independent contractors are former employees or have been vetted through previous jobs they have completed. We also have employee crews, some have been working with me for over 14 years. Our average crew employee or independent contractor has been working with us for over 4 years. We do make mistakes, and as I reviewed the jobsite with you before we asked for payment, I did notice we did make some, We did send in another crew to fix those mistakes. We have painted over 6000 homes in Eastern Iowa in the 18 years we have been in business. I do disagree that we do not deliver a quality product. Payment upon completion ensures that our clients satisfaction is delivered or they would refuse to pay. I apologize you had a negative experience. We did work hard to correct it. Thank you for the comments which have been reviewed with my staff for improvements moving forward
