I had a zone of my sprinkler system fail, and I tried calling the original installer to come fix it. After at least a dozen calls to that business, with multiple promises to get back to me "soon" over a period of 2 months, I gave up and searched the internet for an alternate service company. I called Irrigation Systems, spoke with the owner, and set an appointment date and time. Just prior to arriving at the appointed time, I got a call from the owner to tell me he would be 10 minutes late, since he had to get gas in his truck. How many companies call to let you know they will be 10 minutes late??? Anyway, when he arrived, he found the problem in less that 5 minutes and had it fixed within 15 minutes. His prices were extremely reasonable, and he is now my sprinkler service company. Can't say enough good things about this company.
