Our dog loves Camp Bow Wow. She gets to interact with other dogs of her size and the general staff are very committed and friendly.

However, we are terribly disappointed with the groomer at Camp Bow Wow, and with the management for employing this person. We had our large long haired Siberian dog groomed there in mid-December with explicit verbal instructions to the on-site groomer to only trim the hair on the pads of our dog's paws. The groomer then shaved our winter snow dog's abdomen and upper hind legs down to the skin. This is wrong on at least three levels. First, the groomer that is employed by Camp Bow Wow in Hilliard disregarded her verbal instructions from the dog's owner, then second exercised wrong judgement and incompetentence in shaving a long haired breed to the skin during winter, and third this groomer may be treating your dog to another unexpected surprise if you let her. We recommend boycotting Camp Bow Wow until the management gains responsible control of the grooming program there.

I frequently bring my energetic boxer to Camp Bow Wow. They are always very accommodating when I call 10 minutes before I need to drop my dog off! Camp Bow Wow is different from most doggie day cares because the dogs play all day so its a great way for them to get their energy out while at work and they are exhausted when they come home! And it's nice that the all day play is included when they stay overnight. They've gone above and beyond on many occasions and I know my dog is in great hands when I leave her for the day or the week. I would recommend Camp Bow Wow to any dog owner.

Rocky has only known one doggy daycare place. There is no substitute to for a social dog that would love to run around all day playing. Since he was 5 month old he has visited Camp Bow Wow for all of my family vacations. He gets his own vacation to play all day and not be told what to do. When I collect his bed and toys into the backpack he gets all excited. He already knows where we are going and can barely contain himself. They take great care of him and remember him and his personality even though they see him every once in a while.



The pet camera is a great idea, but it is not a feature I use or would want to use. I go there for the free play all day that is not a la carte.
