Took in our 2016 Buick to be detailed. When we picked it up, the middle of our windshield was cracked. Cornelius said that when they were washing it , it cracked. He made us pay for the detailing and did nothing to help pay for a new windshield which will cost about $500. Victor at City Auto said it was plain to see that they had dropped something on the windshield which caused it to break. That's a horrible way to treat a new customer.
