Located in Holland, Mich., Careerline Tech Center is operated by the Ottawa Area Intermediate School District. It was established in 1977 and enrolls more than 1,400 students in over 31 career and technical education programs. The center serves junior and senior students from various public and private high schools by offering a variety of courses, such as auto mechanics, cosmetology, health careers, electronics, welding, baking, culinary arts, visual communications and precision machining. It offers various student services, including scholarship opportunities, job placements, work-based learning, cooperative education, counseling and classroom assistance. Additionally, the center provides a wide variety of facilities and services, such as video surveillance, medications, organizing field trips, lockers, bus transportation, and student awards and certificates.
