Provided by YP.comYP, asks what I would say If I told my best friend about this place. So, my honest to GOD opinion is, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.
As an avid pizza eater I was VERY displeased in the "establishment". I have been hearing all this hype from others in the community (dont let this fool you.. just their personal friends) So i went in to check it out myself after seeing some postings from them on facebook.... Which according to the comment before mine, they are always busy ?? According to their facebook they''re always Dead... and for good reason. ..
THE WORST was the Service... Very unkept, unprofessional bunch of rude kids who would rather be smoking a cig than greeting you properly (I know they were smoking because they walked right in from outside and REEKED OF IT! Didnt even WASH THEIR HANDS!)
My pizza was chewy and salty (like it was in the warmer for a day too long).. The dark haired girl at the counter didnt seem to care " thats how its made" she said. Also Ive been told OVER AND OVER and they seem to advertise their bread as "homemade" HA HA .. Go to panera for bread.. just trust me on that. ..
I know this seems harsh.. But the reason Im writting all this is because even though it was bad the first time, I was going to give it another shot today... .But No one answers their phones?? Ive seen someone else complaining about this as well.
Maybe if they actually TRAINED their Staff (or got a new team), worked on customer service, cleaned the restaurant a bit, and got a new recipe.. Ill go back, other wise I think they are bringing Downtown Hollands standards down.

Provided by YP.comPizza lovers beware, you may never leave this place, it is the best pizza in the universe. Not expensive, great customer service. I wish they had booze but oh we'll. I suggest you call ahead for your Chicago style pizza as it can take up to two hours on busy days as they seem to be always busy but it's worth the wait.
