Prompt service was not worth the damage left by locksmith tool. Scraped paint, bent window & torn seal should have been avoided by a professional.

After a blowout on the highway, I was lucky enough to have Full Moon Towing come to my rescue. I have a particularly nasty car in terms of extracting the donut from the underside. The lock was "frozen" and the tire would not budge. After working very hard, very long and in a very difficult position this professional and kind mechanic sent for his tow truck. Instead of towing me away, he and the driver began working again to remove the donut. It rained off and on as they both reclined on the wet pavement. It was getting late and the driver made a call to make sure if they could not remove it, there would still be one place open to take the car. After almost an hour of work, they extracted the tire, put it in place and we were on our way. As long as these truly reliable, professional and kind men are out there, they should be at the top of everyones "to call" list. Write the phone number down, place it in your wallet and be sure to share it with others. Everyone should be prepared in case of emergency. You will not be sorry you called Full Moon Towing.
