Unethical establishment!!!

Unethical hospital, willing to perform cosmetic surgery on a minor against his and his mother's wishes.

This hospital has no morals. To put a healthy young boy at risk is absolutely a discrase. I hope he fights back when he turns 18. This will one day be a huge lawsuit. People don't forget things like this!

Allowing an almost 5 year old boy to be sexually mutilated. The same procedure on a girl is a federal offense. The boy is healthy and has said he doesn't want this done. His body, his choice.

I'm disgusted that a facility would allow itself to participate in an obvious custody dispute and power struggle between a pationate and loving mother against a thoughtless and reckless father. Where are your ethics???? I'm shocked that this is going on and hope that the hospital administration can live with themselves after allowing this innocent child to undergo an unnecessary procedure. This is disgusting!

This hospital does not understand consent, at all.

What kind of hospital doesn't understand informed consent? This hospital is choosing to lie to the community they serve. They are choosing to slice off a healthy, normal body part from a child who says no. This hospital is a disgrace. They operate under the guise of helping children but they are a truly sick and disgusting institution. I would never receive services from them.

"First do no harm" Where does performing unnecessary, and traumatic surgery on an unwilling child fall into that? I wouldn't trust this hospital with my family's health.

Forced consent is not consent. Elective cosmetic surgery is not supportable on a 5-year-old child, who doesn't want the procedure, whose mother doesn't want the procedure. A pillar of the community? No, a disgrace to medicine everywhere. "First do no harm." You are way out of ethical guidelines.

Under duress = no consent. And you're allowing tax payer to bear the burden of this abortion of the judicial system? That was not in the parenting agreement. And it's insurance fraud. This is an elective surgery. Sickening in every aspect. Medical kidnapping in my opinion.

Do no harm. Forcing a child, against HIS will, to a cosmetic surgery, is unethical. Shame on you.

A hospital who should be ashamed of themselves for agreeing to an unwanted, unnecessary surgery. Disgusting.

This hospital does NOT put the children first!! They'd rather get a good paycheck than think about how their wrong decisions could affect the life of a young child! Doing unnecessary surgeries when the cooks has had horrible reactions in the past and could die from it! I'm appalled that they are still up and running! Don't take your children here!!!
