I had always gone there but lately you can tell the people there don't care and neither do the radiologists or office manager. I went for a repeat cat scan. The Radiologist did not even compare films from previous test. She just sent the results , not paying attention to what she had to do even though I wrote down the reason was for a follow up test. My doctor called and spoke to them and asked for a comparison. It was never done. After an entire week( I heard she was on vacation) they had to tracker her down to do it n get the job done. I spoke to the office manager Betty who snickered at me because I was nervous and somewhat upset at not having a prompt correct test result. Of course Betty said it was an accident n a mistake and did not ha e an empathy what's so ever This place is horrible. It may be around the corner but I would by pass it n go further for better treatment n for people who take your life a bit more seriously!!!! Shame on them.

I've been going to Holmdel Imaging for two years for MRIs and the staff is nice but wait time is rediculous on 3 separate occasions I waited for 90 minutes and the images don't get read nor a report is faxed to the doctor for 7 Business Days

I'm not going back to Holmdel Imaging

My experience at Holmdel Imaging could not have been any better. I had my first mammogram done there today. The staff memebers are incredibly helpful and pleasant. The wait was very short. The mammogram was a breeze - I was told by people who had mammograms done elsewhere that they were either uncomfortable or painful. I experienced no pain and very, very minimal brief discomfort which is barely even worth mentioning. I was pleasantly surprised that a mammogram would be "no big deal" - I would recommend Holmdel Imaging to anyone who needs to get a mammogram. Even the interior is very pleasant and the temperature was very comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever.
