This place is as bad as centers cleaners chicopee they guarantee a date make you pay in advance and go pick my coat up a day after it was guaranteed and they said maybe next week maybe won't ever go back guarantee joke they take your money then they don't care they got paid I got maybe next week.

I want to thank all of your staff for cleaning my suit needed so quickly and the friendliness of the counterr staff. I walked out the other day with a big smile on my face beause everyone was so enjoyable to be around. The girls definately know how to put an instant smile on your face and when i arrived, i wasnt having a good day at all but by the time i walked out my sad feelings went away and my day from that point on was fabulous!! I was probally the first customer and too see the girls joyful first thing in the morning was impressive in itself. The very quik turn around on my suit was as well very impressive as well as the quality of the work and care and special attention they took on the spot treatment needed and still had it ready when i was told it woulld be.. I forget the girls name that made my day that day but thank You so very much!!!! It was weds at approx 9 am ,maybe alittle earlier but thats not important,I will definately be back. Maybe just to come by to see you girls
