Signed contract for new home in March, Left Factory in July, delivered to property at end of Sept. Almost Nov and still waiting on set up to be complete.

Office staff is full of excuses and run arounds, ignoring the customer's concerns.

If the customer is always right, that is not the policy here.

Get everything in writing and make sure to stay on top of them to get anything done.

Once the loan is approved and the payments get to Gainey, the process slows down.

Ask, no, insist on invoices of all work done for "land improvements" that are part of the land/home package.

It's like buying a used car from a buy here, pay here lot ......

Wow we were impressed with the choices the Jacobsen Homes really looked better then what we seen around the cabinets counter tops flooring choices were really nice and we like that we can get a metal roof because they just last longer and they really had things the others did not offer like real tall ceilings tile showers granite counter tops and choices for kitchens were also great.

Very nice lot full of real nice homes that they build as mobile or modular.

Great selection and they had nicer homes then other places we have seen we like that they are built with 2X6 construction rather then outer walls being 2X4

Gainey Custom Homes really did exceed our expectations and the sales rep Joe Barlow was very easy to work with experienced and knowledgeable.

Nice! They showed us all the homes and we had fun checking them out, they sure have come a long way with manufactured homes because they were very nice inside and the quality looked to be excellent. Nice lot nice staff and very nice homes.

So many choices and the prices really were reasonable. Thanks for showing us around the homes.

Really amazing! The Jacobsen Homes looked great they were like condo's inside nice counter tops spacious living spaces and rooms and the kitchens were also really nice.

The new mobile homes Jacobsen is building are great, nothing like the older mobile homes I have seen in the past.

This place even sells custom Jacobsen mobile or modular homes .
The sales people were also easy to talk to and get the information from so overall we give this place 5 stars because they earned them by answering questions being nice overall and having some real nice options and prices.

The quality was actually excellent for manufactured homes.
You can buy a lot model or order a custom home.

We are excited about the many options and choices and looking forward to a nice piece of land and a brand new home.
