Dr. Oehrlein is originally from West Islip, NY. After completing his undergraduate degree at Syracuse University, he went to the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA where he attained his podiatric medical degree. He then completed his residency training at the VA Hospital in Wilmington, DE. He has been practicing in Alabama since 1998. Dr. Oehrlein is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medical Specialties in Podiatry in Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Foot Wounds and Diabetic Footwear, Podiatric Medicine and Podiatric Surgery.
