I saw Dr. Crowther for an appointment because I re injured my left shoulder. My husband and I waited for almost 45 minutes for our appointment even though we were there early. However, I have NEVER been treated with this level of disrespect in my entire life. I do not appreciate the rudeness and the lack of patient care and compassion that Dr. Crowther exhibited. I have worked with doctors and other professionals and in hospitals, medical centers, rehabilitation centers, and have never felt that I was less than until my visit with him. I am now going to another physician that is NOT affiliated with your facility and I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone. When a person searching for a orthopedic doctor on various search engines comes across a physician review, I can guarantee that my review will NOT be a good review but it will be a truthful review of my horrible experience with Dr. Crowther.
