Horrible customer service! Got in a argument over the return of a $9.99 bottle of wine that the seal had been broken. Talked to two assistant managers and they were both very rude. I have shopped there since they opened, spending average of a $150.00 a week! She said how did she know I bought it there and then told me only one bottle out of their inventory had been sold from May 20-25! I bought five! So she was calling me a liar! Found my receipt by calling my credit card company. Going back tomorrow to talk to the manager! Can’t believe they want to lose $600 to $750 a over a $9.99 bottle of wine! Not the brightest light on the Christmas tree of assistant managers! Today was an unbelievable experience with a retailer! If tomorrow turns out like today, will never step foot that store again and will give them bad reviews to all my friends and family, including Facebook! Forget the $9.99 wine, I can give them $999.00 at least of bad publicity!
