I called on a Sunday evening after losing a set of car keys and I got a woman who really didn't seem to much care. She asked where I was but didn't ask for an address. She said they would need to a key code before they could come look at it and that someone would call the next morning. You guessed it. Nobody called. When I called them back, I got a gruff guy who also didn't seem to much care, and he asked who I talked to and then gave me a number to get her again that nobody answered. I wasted near 24 hours waiting on these clowns. Don't bother with them. There are plenty of good locksmiths out there to choose from without having to put up with stupid games and completely rude staff. And by the way, the guy who finally came out showed up within an hour and said absolutely nothing about a key code.

Quick efficient service. Called them on a holiday weekend and they were there quickly to solve my problem. Great price also.
