I visited the store located on Moscow road, Horton MI. I usually order more but not at this store. I realize. Subway has a rule of 6 slices of olive on its sandwich. I think that is ridiculous considering olives are not made of gold. I also realize that if a customer asks for more olives, they give them to you. I understand the importance of customer service. So having a manager who's name i think is Carol to role her eyes in disgust as I order more olives for my sandwich a few times. That behavior towards a customer is very rude. Given it was management acting poorly I will not buy from that location again. We work 50 to close to 100 hrs a week. We enjoy the variety of subs as a healthier alternative to other fast food restaurants. If she can't treat a customer with respect, maybe she needs a new job. Other Subway stores do not act this way over olives. Her behavior cost sales for today. As I would have purchased a double chicken salad and another foot long prior to leaving.
