I've been here for 2 hours, my car hasn't even been pulled into the shop, I ordered tires which did not arrive the day I was told because the order was input in the system too late ( I made the order in the morning) I had to call the day the tires where supposed to be delivered, I was told the tires arrived, when I showed up, I was told that there was a mistake and no tires until the next day, nobody call the next day, I had to call again to be told that the tires where here but everybody was at lunch so to come in 1 hour, 1h later when I showed up nobody assisting me, the guy at the counter was on a personal call and the mechanics where chatting the secretary. 3 hours to change 2 tires is unacceptable, and I just noticed that the car now leans to the right, let see what excuse they are going to use next, awful experience
