I used Craig twice to vacuum out our pool. He came when he said he would and did the work he was asked to do at a fair price. Unfortunately, the last time I called I communicated that it was imperitive that he be able to do it on the day we needed to close on the sale of our home. He said, "no problem" then never showed, never called, and wouldn't answer his phone.

very disappointed and ended up costing us a lot of money at closing!

I can appreciate that problems come up...but there is no excuse for not calling or notifying me.
