I went to the Subway on Grand Caillou and I came across from a young man with the worst personality. I had a coupon for footlong sandwich and showed it when I first came in but I have problem with a speech due to a stoke the young man cashed me out before I had a chance to explain it to him. He kept telling me it was too late till the young girl told him I showed it at the beginning. Also his personality will stop me from ever going back in there again. He was rude to my 92 yr old mother when asked about the price of one of the sandwiches. My husband and I go there several times within the month but he is so rude you have just lost good customers and I well let other people know this.
