Some were cut too short, too long, longer on one side, defective wood frames, they don't return your emails or phone calls.

I purchased in the past back in 2013 for Blinds.com, they were fantastic. Come to find out allegedly, Home Depot purchased them back in 2014, that explains everything.
Do me a favor, should you read this call Blinds.com and let them know why your not buying from them, this would be the only way to get the word out.
