If I could rate at 0 stars, that is what I'd give them. They charged us $222 in overdraft fees because they did not apply a deposit we made on a Friday BEFORE the cut off time for deposits. They claim that only $100 of our deposit was applied from a payroll check and the rest of the money was "held". This then caused our account to go negative since they didn't make the funds available. They then charged us individually 6 charges at $37 each. Even though if they had taken the smaller charges out first, we would've only have ONE overdraft at $37 . But, no, in order to make money they took the largest item first which overdrew the account then charged us fees on 5 smaller items. They have no logical explanation for the way they run their business and I will never bank there again. Beware!

They have ridiculous overdraft fees, when I went into open an account, they were very confusing. Few times I've called for help, the guy who answered was very helpful, but one of the girls was kind of rude and didn't explain anything clearly.
