My poor dog went there and ended up leaving with a severe neck infection. As soon as I brought it to their attention (the minute I laid eyes on him) I was told that it was just a little irritated. I said that I wanted to call my vet and was told that I was being dramatic. He needed to be on antibiotics for 10 days with steroids and a creme for his neck - which had to be shaved. I sent in a letter to the owner along with pictures, and never got a response. "Love and Care" - I don't think so.
