A friend referred me here. This is exactly what I was looking for!! Great food, tons of choices, fast service, smiling employees, and very clean. Excited to come again.

I eat here occasionally, whenever I pass through Hudson, the food is good; above average and inexpensive. The wait staff has always been friendly and prompt. Seeing these other reviews makes me think they must have a bone to pick with this place because they don't reflect my experience at all.

I have been here previous times because of the affordable breakfast options. The food is pretty good too, besides the home fries. Every time I went, I had mediocre service. Only one time I had great service. My dad, my 7 year old daughter, and I always leave 5 to 7 dollars and our bill is never more than 15, and we go out to eat every week. The last time we went the server that we had tipped many times before completely ignored us after giving us our food and I couldn't understand why because we are friendly and tip so well. I swore I wouldn't go back, but had to try one more time. Today was the absolute worst!! My mother, daughter, 12 week old son, and I waited 20 minutes before asking where our food was. We were told that it was coming right out. After 5 minutes of more waiting and watching other's food go out, my mother received only her food. After my daughter and I watched my mom eat her food for 5 more minutes, my mom asked the owner where the rest of our food was. She went back and the waitress came out and explained that they messed up my daughter's food, but didn't mention where mine was. After waiting nearly 40 minutes I told the waitress that I had to leave because I had to breastfeed my son, which takes about an hour. The owner came out and very ungraciously informed me that if I didn't want the food that she would void it, but I would have to pay for the cheese sticks. I couldn't believe the audacity. I told her that if my daughter's food and mine was ready right this second and they could box it now because I had to leave that I would take it. I waited 3 more minutes and I was about to leave because I wasn't getting my food and my son was hungry, but I saw a box in the window so I waited another minute and it still sat there. I gave my mom 5 dollars for the cheese sticks and got up and left. The owner brought out the food to go to my mom and was actually going to make her pay for it!!! My mom complained about the lengthy time we waited and about her granddaughter watching her eat for ten minutes, and the owner debated with her!! The owner told her everyone was waiting, but had no response when my mom told her that the people next to us got there after us and were nearly done eating before my mom got her food. I also noticed another table of 6 who received their food in increments. I was paying attention to time because I have to as a breastfeeding mother. The time between their first plate coming out and their last plate received was nearly 10 minutes!! I can't believe the unprofessionalism of this owner. I have never been to a restaurant that had no desire to fix their huge mistakes. This time I mean it when I say that I will never go there again!!!

The service and the food sucks. They care nothing about the customer

consumer beware! The owners of this place are extremly rude and treat their customers horrible. Food is 50/50.
