My car broke down a couple days ago. (Alternator) and I called for a tow. The truck got there about 30 min after I called roadside assistance.

Eli was the driver's name and I have to say he was very professional and friendly. Went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safely towed to the correct destination. I would recommend him any time I need a tow.

They are a bunch of thieves, who won't listen to reason who only care about money and nothing else. Last weekend my uncle was arrested and the van he was driving was impounded by at this place, it's a family van , but unfortunately the van is in the name of another uncle who is in the hospital recovering from a serious accident, and my mother tried to explain that to them and that she was working on getting guardianship of the uncle, but they wouldn't listen. All they want is money. They are also very rude, and their customer service sucks.

Lousy! No customer service! had a car towed, was told a price to pick up car, called back and verifid the cash amount. Went to pick up car with required amount of cash to pick up car. Found out upon arrival that they made a mistake in the bill and it was more money to get car, and of course that money had to be in cash! Well, your company made the mistake/error! You should have stood by your price given over the phone! this business has an F rating by the BBB, I can see why. I do not recommend them for anything! They are not honest, do not fix the mistakes they make! Take your money elsewhere! I hope that the state and county step in fine you!

Do not bother with this place. Terrible customer service. Will not stand behind their work. Paid to fix repairs but just put touchup paint on it. I would not recommend. -3 stars
