Amanda does an OUTSTANDING job! Right from day one she actually "measured" how much she cut my hair so I KNOW I get the same cut each time for a GREAT VALUE!

I received prompt, courteous service.....the price for a cut is very reasonable. I was very pleased with the cut...and have gotten a lot of complements on it!

My first & last experience w/ Great Clips: When I first walked in, I received a creepy, in unison greeting from the staff. I should have left then, seeing how the "stylists" are so willing to snap their heads up while in the midst of chopping their customer's hair off. Before getting my haircut, they asked for my full name, address & phone #. This process took longer than my haircut. The woman who cut my hair didn't bother asking me any information about my hair or what kind of style I wanted. She was uninformed (asked me what layers were!), rushed, & kept pulling on my hair. All I needed was a trim (trim the layers too, please); she managed to butcher my hair. I'm not one to have crazy-high expectations from a chain salon & I wasn't in the market for anything fancy, but this was an absolutely terrible experience. I now have weird, choppy bangs that make my hairstyle a borderline mullet. Everything is uneven & I had to get my hair cut again. So much for a trim!
