I have been to a number of 'local' yoga studios. But, after walking into this warm and inviting atmosphere I was sold. An hour later, (and some excellent yoga instruction) I bought a years worth of classes! The students and instructors are great and the owner is amazing! This studio is tucked away, but a definately a gem to find!

I love this yoga studio. All of the yoga teachers are awesome! The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing. Tracey M, owner/instructor, is always adding new classes to keep things interesting. I took the Hypnobirthing class, the baby nutrition class, and the prenatal yoga classes during my recent pregnancy and they were wonderful! If you live near Hudson, check this place out!
